ad

Was going to blur my face out with phone editing but was in my bathroom and remembered that’s where I keep the babies diapers lmfao. But anyways the other reason for the picture is to show how weak my tris are I can’t get them to grow for shit I train them twice a week and hit them hard I’ve tried high reps low weight and also low reps high weight so any suggestions are appreciated

I’m on a small ass cycle 300mg a week test e and 2 iu qtropin I like small cycles I don’t need an ai at 300mg I’ve never been over 600mg test. I will be upping hgh to 4iu soon

Yeah I did shoulder dips with just body weight the other day and shoulders held up fine I will never do weighted dips that will make my shoulders sound like pop corn in the microwave

333's picture

I did dips today and my upper chest and triceps got pumped as fuck

333's picture

Thats what the majority says I’ll have to try them out again just worried about my left shoulder maybe just start off with body weight dips

Bud - Any shoulder issues then stay well away from dips seriously. They are the worst for bad shoulders and if you don't have a bad injury already you soon will have. I've been there and done it mate and lost months of bench training because of them. They feel great to do especially weighted but wreak your rotator cuffs etc. I've often found seated overhead EZ bar extensions and dumbell french press (Just using one heavy dumbell held by 2 hands) the best for size.

Solid advice!
Those exercises you stated are great, I prefer a slight inclined bench with the ez bar extensions, along with incline close grib bench and diamond push ups.

Made me laugh out loud with that photo bro! You look lean so you could try upping the calories a little? Got to be in that sweet surplus to get the triceratops growing! ++

Other may disagree but cable exercises work way better than free weights in building tri's. Imo of course.

I start my tri workout with close grip bench. With around 10 -12 inch gap between hands. Not a little closer than traditional bench I see some doing.
I do about 6-8 sets cos I start very light and go till I can only do like 4 reps then a couple of medium weighted set's to finish. From there its cable only exercises and mine grow like weeds.

Brother, each of us has one part of our body that's deficient compared to the others. They are small muscles and should not be stressed continuously. I don't know about your diet but I would advise you to increase your protein to keep lean mass alive.
Otherwise you have to increase the gears and add more stuff. +

Just stick with the basics pal - some good old fashioned bench pressing or close grips. Aim for a minimum of 315 for 6 reps and its impossible to have small triceps ...

Maybe another member can give me the actual name of this exercise but...bending over (no homo) with one knee and hand on a flat bench while the other arm does dumbbell extensions . I found that keeping my shoulder stationary and only moving the weight with my tricep helped me a lot with tri’s. I think because of being bent over it eliminates me using my back and upper body weight like I sometimes accidentally do with standing tri pulldowns etc. but pull downs worked way better for me when I really paid attention to my form. Totally agree with other comments below also . Keep us posted

Yep! Thanks rusty I couldn’t remember for the life of me . Agreed with the wrist rotation

And I live 5 minutes from my gym so food intake is about 20 minutes after workout

333's picture

Haven’t done bf% in a while so I couldn’t tell you that. Post workout is always 2 chicken breasts from a rotisserie chicken could be a little much protein but I’m a hooker for rotisserie chicken lol pun intended also a baked potato plain sometimes some sour cream with 8oz 1% milk. My program for triceps are honestly anything that I can get the best squeeze rope pulls downs hammer heads dumbbell behind the head no dips and I rarely bench cause of left shoulder right now I’m on low weight high reps

I wish I could +1 this ty bro
