+ 9 Traps are starting to come in

ad

Finally getting some growth out of my stubborn ass traps. I've always had big broad shoulders but not much for traps. I've been putting a good beating on em the last 6 months. I have a long way to go but I'm pleased thus far. It's a marathon, not a sprint, so I'll get there!

Seeing a diffrence for sure bro. Upright rows and just carrying some heavy ass dumbells around the gym will help to get them puppies to pop! Shrugs too but I'm sure Ur hitting them everyone does shrugs except for me Smile +1

Thank you kindly sir! I generally keep it buzzed down pretty good but my wife has been on this kick lately where she likes rubbing her face on my hairy ass chest when she's riding me. It's kinda weird but who am I to complain, whatever gets me laid lol

Thanks bro! Yeah I've been on twice a week for a while now and I think that's what got them going finally.

Thank you my man! I wish I was blessed with traps that just grew like a chia pet but instead I gotta bust my ass for small gains. I'll take what I can though. Keep beating on yours too bro!
