When you get pumped traps.Usually, I don't pump them too much, because my goal is to enlarge humeral girdle...Can it be in vain?

Awesome traps. In my opinion, big neck and traps are the upper body muscles that ensure you stay looking large no matter how lean you get. A lean guy with flat traps and a pencil neck is DYEL

Thanks! Agree with you, need to build base of upper body and after that didn't care about stay lean or bulky
