Thanks! My favorite thing to do is 2 lbs of lean ground beef or ground chuck or whatever it is with sloppy joe sauce. then i mix a bunch of brown rice in with it for carbs
breakingfaceYep! I do the same - add some hot sauce and onions. Its a great meal to make in large amounts for later use.
Good base and genes. Stay natty til every trick of food and weights has you completely stuck.

That's radd! I was a hardgainer. In hs pound for pound was the strongest but just couldn't get thick. Finally read up on food...doubled calories and started to grow. Keep going bro! You're gonna get thete! Lots of satisfaction in doing it natty. Fools make remarks and you know you earned every ounce. High five!
