Any pip. And after workout do you crash. Never tried it before looks interesting
No pip when I have used it. I haven't noticed a crash but I only use 10mg prework out.
I did have to uncrash it by heating up on a cast iron pan. But it went back into solution. But these are all past expiration date and were free.
