TNE from onlythebestaas.com. Received about three months ago and stored upright in the dark. Opened it three weeks ago. The stopper ripped when I pulled the plastic cap off. I could smell the oil before opening the vial so I knew something was off. Source is willing to replace with my next order, but I won't be placing anymore orders here.

Good TNE shouldn’t be stored for too long.
The only gear I ever buy in bulk is Test E and Test C.
I’ve had this happen to a bottle of Tren A that I sat on for too long.

This is something that happens over time the guaiacol in tne is highly corrosive to rubbers, as is the bb and if there's eo, so is that. It causes the stoppers to weaken. I've noticed very recently that the 13mm stoppers are way more prone to catastrophic failure than the 20mm.
I personally wouldn't fault the source fully for this, especially since they are willing to correct it. It's unfortunate but it's happened to the best of us.

I assumed it's an issue with the solvents breaking down the rubber the way the stopper just fell apart as I pulled the plastic cap off. I only had it for two months but I have no idea how long ago it was made. If I remember right vials I've gotten from you in the past had the 13mm two leg stoppers. I would've guessed those hold up better.

I work maintenance in a nursing home and family blames ME when something breaks like things dont go wrong in real life. That there is gonna happen, may have nothing to do with source. Could be one of 1000 reasons and the source may have nothing to do with it. Refuse the free replacement bottle if you want to stick to your integrity. Why would you want another?

One faulty product is hardly a reason not to use a source again.

Wasn't my first product issue with this source. It was the third. They made good on the previous issues. I won't argue that. I'm just at the point where I'm not interested in continuing with this one, at least for now.

Ah OK reading more. Well, that's a shame.
Hopefully they work towards correcting the issues based on feedback.
