After hearing all the hype about this tne I've been itching to try it.I've done it a few times now and found that it works pretty good as a pre work out.The stuff works instantly for me,so after I do it I have to haul to gym cause it seems to only last an hour or two.The best part is that goes easily through a 29 gage slin pin.Wish I could do that with all my gear.
