I'm planning on just running 1mg a week, for ten weeks. Just to assist on some stubborn fat hopefully.
Ran 1mg every 3 days for a month and then bumped up to 1.5mg every 3 days for a month. Finally, 2mg every 3 days till I went to maintenance phase, 1mg a week.
Nice! Yeah I'm curious how this goes. I've read so much positives on it, and my macros are great and gym time solid. So hopefully I see the little bit of fat reduction I'm craving.

I unfortunately lost some muscle mass too but I was on TRT then.
It takes about a month to build up in your system and then bam.
You called it on a month. I've been running it at 1mg weekly, and am very satisfied. Feels like my last bit of fat is melting off nightly.
Just picked up some reta, gonna try that next!
