Just a pic with a nice pump running all feralgear products right now really enjoying the tne and winny. Great quality. I was unfortunately away for 16months and off everything not by choice, trying to start dieting now and cutting down all i could do was push ups, burpees, bar work etc. Was able to keep size but now just wanna lean out. Any feedback and suggestions always welcome always learning and pushing forward. Much love and respect to all my brothers n friends on here that supported me. Best advice I can give is don’t go “on a diet”. Make it a lifestyle and it’ll come together much easier. After being on here since close to the beginning my biggest lesson was the last EBC. My “diet” turned into a lifestyle and has made things much less of a chore. Anyways +1 for Swole mode.

Molinin302+1 swole! You don't strike me as a guy thats going to need a lot of advice. Keep your cycle simple, dial in that diet and stay healthy. Personally id blur that face out a little better. I wouldn't want knocks on my door. You'll be fine bro, just stick with it.
Thanks bro! Yeah i dont know how to blur my girl helped me and it was blurred way better than the one i uploaded when i get home ill try n get her to help i did this from my phone. Definitely gonna try n dial n diet and be disciplined.
