this pic was taken the night before the show. This was my first show. I was told how to carb deplete...but was not given the right direction on carbing back up before going on stage.... I ate my carbs way too late... timing was way off for judging. Still trying to get this one right.

Wanna bulk for next 6weeks. Then cut down for a April show.
