If that packaging was perfect than you know it was an inside job and not somebody shady after they shipped it out. From my experience Chinese customer service is ranked -100. Try complaining about your food in one of there restaurants. You don't get squat for customer service. If it was there employee than its there responsibility. I don't buy anything from them anymore. Lets see how many if you all cut them off. I bet none. +1 from me. Maybe if you get to 30 you can get some free shit from a promo and put a bandaid on a bullet wound.

That is correct. I suspect someone in their 'logistics' department (that's what Haidee calls it) switched it out and sold it themselves somewhere else but they were adamant that couldn't be the case because they're logistics dept is fully trustworthy and maintained that it appeared the box had been tampered with (which it appears it may have been but no one can be certain) from someone in the postal service on my end. Either way...I'm SOL

Because I had a box already opened dude. Yes...it was stupid of me to trust everything. I've dealt with this source several time sand never had an issue. It was easier to just keep it entact in my freezer until I needed it
