I apologize to GodT, i mixed it with the water and the it mixed instantly. As far as effectiveness, still unknown. I've been running 3ius for the past 4 days, haven't noticed anything different. I'm going to jump to 5ius tomorrow. In 2 weeks i will get a test.
Communication was really good, he always answered my emails and guide through the whole process. The only thing missing as i said, is my test to give him 5 stars.

I usually add water the day before and let it all dissolve on its own, by the following night I’m good to go wothout having swirl or shake it...
you should have read the reviews and si page history. Believe me you would not have used this source.
I've tried countless different generic gh and haven't seen anything that looks like this - Matt must have got a kickin deal and this crap.

This can happen nothing to worry about but test if you want be sure.

The crubmles dont mean much but it has to dissolve into the bac water othet than that pull igf test in 2 3 weeks and u will have an answer if its good.
Need to give it time to dissolve before using.
