This is an old pic but I wanted to share it for the new guys who don't quite get what P.I.P. is.

It's a whole lot of pain!!!!!

If you plan on pinning the quads for the first time you could have to deal with Frankenstein legs. But with time you get used to it, and it ain't that bad. Got to take the pros with the cons.

There is a wealth of info on this site regarding P.I.P. and how to limit it. But in the end everyone is different and every body type will react differently to gear. I say this because the gear that gave me this P.I.P. did nothing to a friend of mine whom i gave the remainder of the bottle to. Most likely you will experience P.I.P. so be warned.

I like quads better than glutes. Takes 3CCs no problemo. There is a sweet spot though where it doesn't hurt for me. Basically the tippy top of the quad; the very end of the rectus femoris closest to my hip. No nerves either. Any lower than that and it hurts.

How much did you inject? the Quad is very sensative it better to go on outter part. Put hand on hip an pin where index finger lands(span fingers out) never more then a 1cc in a quad

That's what I do. Also when I have pinned a virgin muscle I never go over .5cc first pin either.

Slow and steady little doses untilni build up and able to do more.

Belive me I have learned the hard way pin to many cc at once, but only done that none time never again.

Oh yea I did 1cc years ago in the virgin quad liked to kill me for a week.

So yea never again in virgin muscule only .5cc for me.

Nope, I rotate glutes & quads. Thinking of trying the delts to increase injection sites.

ventrogluteal injection google that brother it's my favorite spot once you find the sweet spot it's the only spot where I have never gotten pip I've put 3ccs plus in it many times its a good spot to add to your rotation

I got some test some years back pinned in the glute holy cow felt like I was carrying around an extra wallet in my glute for a week

I prefer the glutes. If I have pip like that in my quad I would never even do it.
