AnonLOL when I was only 19 I was bigger and stronger than I am now by leaps and bounds. 5 months ago I was 178 lbs. 18% body fat from being laid up for FIVE months from 5 bulged discs, one herniated, and 4 pinched nerves. I spent 4 months in physical therapy. I know more about bb'ing than you ever will, and nice fake stats btw bro wheres the pic. Now I'm 186 at 10% body fat with one moderate cycle done.... No I'm not huge but it's a LOT of progress in that time frame with the extensive injuries I had and still have, I to do this day cannot do a shoulder press, pull up, or incline bench press from the nerve damage in my left arm. I work around it to develop evenly.
Basically, you know nothing about me and can go fuck yourself. I guarantee in my prime ( NATURAL - NO JUICE ) at 19 I would out lift you in EVERYTHING besides perhaps bench since I've always had shoulder problems. Sure I could have bulked to 200 pounds and had a high ass body fat % - but instead I'm sitting over here with abs and a great looking lean physique banging your wife. For anyone that remembers the shit that DT pulled - my comment was not out of line. At all.

I had shoulder surgery about 2 years ago and I stuck to the smith machine incline with a extremly wide grip and this kept my shoulders safe and put alot size on my upper chest.
