I am going to follow a routine that ive seen a few people try and now that my shipment is here... tomorrow it starts!!! We will see if i can put on 30lbs in 3 months...

Hitman187ehh i hate fast gains thats all water weight, the minute you stop taking the compound it starts to fade and is depressing imo thats why i never ran dbol or anything similar. id prefer the 5-7lbs of lean tissue thats gonna stick with me but everybodys different in what they like.
Being overly bloated is bad for your whole cardiovascular system and kidneys. Have it under control.
