Honestly bro its not as good as the Meditech, seemed slightly under dosed to me. It may have been the batch because the guys on here where saying its the best. I personally love the Chinese "Yansang" or something like that its 40 mcg and potent. Sopharma will do the trick though don't get me wrong, its cheap and taking a few extra to find that sweet spot is not a big deal.
