looking good brother ++
Why are we not friends yet? FR sent
Appreciate it my bro!
Doesn’t look like a weak point to me bro, tear drop looking nice! Lol calves look good and solid vascularity as well! +
Thanks bro. I think i mis worded this one. My legs is my genetically most stubborn but i trained very hard over the years to develop.
Pounds23Lol ur funny tone ur legs look good dude expecially for ur weak part as u say , they don't look all that weak to me.... That tren hex and winny got u dry and grainy along with nice vascularity looking wild brother
Pounds my main man how you been!? Thanks for the compliment. Trying to bring up the chest piece too, another "weak point" lol. Good gear and training can definitely make improvements if one really give 100% effort.
Yukon_JackAlien wheels!! lol
When u do ur squats, do u switch the position of ur feet? like toes pointing out, or in? just curious because I've noticed when I switched the position of my feet im able to target outter& inner quads.
I practice this technique mostly on leg press or machine squats. Regular free weight back squat just about shoulder width apart toes slighty out where my knees are in uncompromising position
Big tone got big time legs. ++
AnonInsane brother! +1

mauieIts actually realy nice man!
OrulCicamCongrats, those legs looks amazing bro ( no homo ).
+1 atleast u train your wheels!
When i was a youngster, the OG juice heads in the gym used to say, "if you don't throw up on legs day, you didn't train legs." Last night i trained legs, did 12 sets for calves, 4 hamstring exercises 4 sets each standing leg curl, lying leg curl, seated leg curl, straight leg dumbbell dead lift. Quads was 6 sets legs extension, squat 5 sets, 135, 225, 315, 365 x 10, last set was drop set 405 x 8, 315 x 8. After that last set that was it i was fkd up whole CNS was shot. I gathered myself and finished with single leg, leg press light weight 20 reps to pump as much blood as possible. Then throw up lol.
They don't look like there lagging to me.
Lol thanks bro. Im a bit hard on myself
I think we're all like in one way or another
I believe anyone in this sport has a certain amount of body dysmorphia. Which doesn't have to be a bad thing if you can turn it in to motivation and drive to constantly train harder and get better.
