ad

Okay so I am 6' 3" I weight in at 265 right now I lost weight from 315lbs but I dont like the fact that I am just losing weight. My diet is on point eating healthy and clean! I want to start lifting like I did in high school and put on muscle weight and lose weight at the same time. I know its doable, Hulk Nation is very inspiring and motivating. I gotta do it, I can do it!!

Boss, if you work hard and keep that determination you will reach the goals you have set. Don't get discouraged if things aren't going the way you want at one point or another. Keep pushing and you will get there. Also, always remember that the guys that are higher levels didn't get there by friends or by giving bad advice.. it's because they are more experienced. Make sure that you utilize that, ask them questions and respect the answers they give because they have been there done that.. Like Fin said be proud that you are doing something and making the change that you want to see. I can't wait to see your progress!

1st off be fucking proud of yourself. You are putting your foot down and doing something about your problem. If you want to do something besides lose weight then lift weights. Very simple. I would guess from the way you look your testosterone is in the dirt. The more you work out and the better you eat your levels will rise on their own. In 12 month you could look great. Jumping on AAS before you have lifted regular is a trip to snap city. You have a chance to screw all your stuff up. Hard to lose weight when your in a wheel chair or using crutches.
