I must say it is smooth a fuq. I was expecting the pain the next day... then nothing. This is my first time using MTC carrier oil and I must say I'm really digging it! Not sure if its in everything, but is listed on the test p.
MCT is in everything except for High dose gear,TNE, and blends. Even those might have a little MCT(not very much).
