Hi guys! I've been spending a lot of time to my hands. Two good workouts a week with a break of 4 days I spend on my hands. also I spend 1 day on pectoral muscles, 1 day on the back and one day at the end of the week on legs (three-day set or something like this). I am very pleased with my result. And what do you say? Maybe you can suggest another training mode? Thanks you for attention!

Lol kidding, great triceps horseshoe going on, nice separation in the arm and pretty decently rounded delts. You look lean enough. How're the wheels coming along?
