Hi guys! I've been spending a lot of time to my hands. Two good workouts a week with a break of 4 days I spend on my hands. also I spend 1 day on pectoral muscles, 1 day on the back and one day at the end of the week on legs (three-day set or something like this). I am very pleased with my result. And what do you say? Maybe you can suggest another training mode? Thanks you for attention!
