How often are you pinning a week and how many days after your last pin did you gets bloods?
About a week. Im wanting to just maintain trt levels however, expecting it to be weaker than pharma which is prescribed to be 150 a week, I ran 200 split every 3 days. Guess it was more effective than i assumed. So, I gotta back down bc those are not cruise levels.

I agree.... less is more these days. No need to rock out like im 23. Just trying to maintain, not meet the dirt quicker lol
