+ 3 Test levels from AP Orders

ad

I know, I know, I should be more diligent with bloodwork, but I'm not exactly walking a hormonal tightrope here. It's a basic TRT dose, and here's how it goes.
I've been taking about 125 mg/per week, lately subcutaneously, pinning every third day. That's AP Orders Test Cypionate 200mg. I've been on that dose from this source for 6 weeks (other sources for a few months).
3 weeks ago, I added in 500 iu HCG per week, also pinned every third day, also from AP Orders. Confirmed GTG with pregnancy test
Blood was drawn 2 days after last pin on empty stomach.
I was right to be relaxed about bloodwork, because it's right where I wanted it and I feel great. Thanks to this community and this source for letting me take control of my health and well-being on a tight budget.

I wonder what would your number be if you hadn't pinned the hcg. Probably around 600-700ish. But thanks for posting.

It's a good question and just now looked up hCG monotherapy in hypogonadal men.
There is a review of case studies (there's no controlled study), but the average dose was 2000 iu/week and the average rise in test was 160 ng/dL.
So if that's linearly applied to me (a big if), my testosterone level would have still been over 900 ng/dL without the 500iu of hCG.
I was definitely taking a low dose, trying to stretch out that first vial - hopefully just enough to keep my HPA from going to sleep entirely.

That site works if you had same trt dose tested prior. Thrn it gives your real rise per doses.

In this study, 2000iu of hCG bumped testosterone by 160 ng/dL
I was taking 500iu so the VERY rough estimate is it bumped my testosterone by 40ng/dL
It's almost a total guess, but it does suggest that virtually all of my increased testosterone levels (from 365 to 992) are from the test cypionate. And that is the critical issue here, because some folks have had some real concerns about possibly underdosed testosterone from this source. Mine seems good to go.

Agree! And its a bonus to see directly how the hcg hits your system

Damn only 160 ng/dL rise?
So what I'm getting at is you really don't know what your true numbers are from 125mg sub q injections of this test cypionate but yea we can only assume. Both seem legit.
