Pinned the T.E. by itself 2 days ago. Right shoulder, no pip. The orals have been ineffective, unless I take 3 tabs. Not sure i will write a negative review of such popular source.

Ya, that's all we can really ask, be kinda detailed if possible, like when you are taking them (time of day), height/weight, on an full or empty stomach.
