Well I cant figure out your numbers into English but the little I know is your gear is real. Your estrogen is high and your prolactin also high. What's your plan? What meds do you have or have access to help this??
These are my partner's analyzes. I have no idea how he intends to do it. but he usually prefers to have high estrogen.
If it is not your lab work take it down. He needs to create his own account and post them himself. This is the second time you've posted his labs. It's in the rules. I pointed it out to you before so I hope this is just a friendly reminder

He needs medicine to lower prolactin..cabergoline...and a higher dose of anti estrogen. Good luck
Agreed this is a recipe for disaster (gyno and lactation) waiting to happen. Your partner needs to get his estro down ASAP but not crashed. Below recommendation of 0.5mg adex eod for 2 weeks and then test again is a good place to start alternatively 25mg of Aromasin ED for two weeks and test again is what I would do to avoid lipid issues and reduction in IGF-1. I’d also get on 0.25mg of caber twice a week to lower the prolactin which is not too high right now but will continue to climb with estro that high and on Deca. Test after two weeks and if estro is under control and prolactin down I would discontinue the caber and test again after 4 weeks to asses if further caber use is warranted. 1mg eod of arimidex enough?
Its very easy to crash estro completely with arimidex. I also prefer my estro on the higher side but 245 is asking for trouble. If this were me i would start with 0.5mg EOD for 2 weeks then do blood work and go from there. Is he running any arimidex right now?
