6 meals a day, 300 grams protein and you’ll crush it. IMO primo shines best in a slight calorie deficit but can be used to bulk as well.
I’m running test/mast/npp at the moment. Only a week in. Was leaving the primo for a summer run. Trying to put on some muscle right now. Can’t wait to run it though

You runn NPP with your weekly test? A cruise with NPP? For joints n such??
Therapeutic dose for joints I add in weekly. Helps a bunch for my old ass. Like 100 mg week makes big difference for my shoulders/knees. If I miss a week, I can sure tell the difference come next workout.
I’ve not tried it yet but it will definitely be mixed up and heated a little. Only heard good things about this NPP.
It’s all good stuff. Not that you have to, but heating them a little will help a bunch. I do with every injection now just to get the oil closer to body temp. Makes the higher volume shots go much easier too when they come up.
