It’s crashed due to low temperature in transit. Just need to warm it up.

Testosterone Undecanoate. It was to hold me over during for an international trip; I didn’t want to carry anything with me. It was fully dissolved and completely clear after warming it up.
I added a pic after warming it.
I've never seen gear crash like that. I've only experienced the crystals floating in it. Good to know for the future
