They only give tracking if its been more than two weeks without it showing up (you'd have to reach out on tele). As long as you got the confirmation email you should be fine. I just got an order a from them and it took I think 9 days from confirmation to arrival

If you sign up for informed delivery through the USPS website you'll be able to see any mail/tracking numbers coming to your address.
