I recently purchased some tb500 and also bpc 157 . 5mg a piece . Then looked for a dosing protocol like a dumb ass. Just to find out that's only a weeks worth. What is your dose/duration ? Luckily my shoulder is recovering on its own.
Going to run 2.5 mg Monday and Thursday 4 weeks and bpc 157 twice daily 250 mcg for tendonitis in my elbow this is where I'm going to start. Have a kit (10 bottles bpc 5mg each) and see where im at with the tb500 after week 4.
