There hardest part is just walking through the front doors of the gym day in day out. Everything else will fall into place. Best of luck!

Good for you! I quit smoking almost 2.5 years ago. Honestly though a day doesn't go by where I don't think about it. Still miss it but the cravings aren't bad at all very easy to stay off. I'm never going back. Every day and week gets easier. I about a year before it had been 10 years. I wanted to quit literally right after I got hooked. Finally did it.

Kudos for having the courage to post a self shot! I hate to assume but I’m thinking you want to drop a little weight? Do you have a training and diet plan?

Heatherlives's picture

I have an appointment on thursday with a nutritionist.keep in mind i just quit smoking after 10 years so naturally i want to eat everything in sight. BUT NOT THIS TIME. im going to make it. Im here to learn. So i do appreciate any constructive criticism and advice. Yeah, it took a lot to post the pic but i know when i make my goal it will be an awesome before and after.ty

Congratulations on quitting smoking and I hope you continue to be successful! My whole family smokes on and off, and I’ve struggled with burning flowers on and off myself;) I try to avoid sugars and processed foods, then if I want to lose weight I’ll figure out my caloric needs, eat a little below it and do bike sprints. I’m nowhere near a pro but if you need anything feel free to hit me up.

I love the stuff but I just got a new job that might prevent me regular use :(

It’s too bad because I have a good stock of high cbd strain that does wonders for inflammation.

WTF.....

you're still alive..........

I like mixing them too because like you said you get a great body buzz. I was going to get some Harley Quinn next time since I think it’s 1% THC and 19% CBD. Hopefully it’ll get legalized where I live soon and not be an issue. I’d rather use that than Advil or anything else.

You don't need anything. Cycling carbs and cardio will do you wonders!!! Save it for later on!!!

I was so in shape in high school. My aunt was semi pro. She said the same thing as you. I just started back in the gym 2 weeks ago.
