Looking large and vascular! I do cycle carbs also, but a different routine. I've tried IGF-1 but it didn't do much for me but we are all different.

GainTrain04Appreciate that! Yes the main benefit I've experienced with the IGF seems to be the round the clock fullness, which is great. And the healing process benefits are nice as well.

Its amazing. Haven't been running it quite ling enough to be experiencing the hyperplasia yet, but am definitely loving the 24/7 fullness and the incredible healing properties the IGF (and bpc-157) have had on a lagging labrum injury I was struggling with.

Impressive man. Never really interested in the gear But what’s the diet look like?
GainTrain04Keeping it ALOT cleaner these days than normal during a bulk.
-All whole foods and ZERO protein shakes or bars
-Maintaining adequate fiber, digestive enzymes and probiotic usage
-5 meals per day (sometimes 6 if I'm being a fatty or taking GHRP lol)
-40-50g protein per meal
-125-150g fat per day
And then I always respond best to carb cycling so right now doing 4 days at 225-250g carbs, 1 day at 350-400g, and 1 day <100g (usually on my strongest body part day or rest day). I always follow my low carb day up with a nice 12hr fast also (might seem crazy to some) then get a small meal in and go crush a stubborn body part and follow that up with my highest carb meal of the week and that day will also be my highest carb (400g) day.
Obviously I'll get critics for this but I have tried many different diets and this is what is working best for myself personally!

I personally like cycling carbs also..I feel terrible on low carbs so cycling works out well for me.. on my low day I'll go as low as 50g but I'm carrying some excess fat still so I drop them low.. on my high days right now I might go up to 200 or 250 at the very most.. seems to be working well for me

Easy for me to cut up but putting significant size on has always been a problem for me with my metabolism, so giving it all I've got this time around.
Good luck bro... just keep smashing them calories and them weights...I know the constant eating can be hard sometimes but u gotta do what u gotta do ya know..what u currently weigh right now

I'm currently sitting around 215-219 depending on the time of day. Would like to take the remaining 9 weeks of my cycle and turn that into 230+. The hardest part is strategically doing so by not overindulging and reminding myself that some of the weight will be attributed to water being held so my goal is to actually get to 230-233 before pulling the dbol and then maintaining at 225 for a nice cut down to around 205 for my next competition. I usually sit around 220 before cutting and was 195 on stage so the extra 10 pounds on stage will be insane for my frame if I can accomplish that cleanly.
