For now I'm clean, just trying to keep the results of my last cycle, but it's easier to say than to do. Now it's summer and I let myself eat something forbidden. Doesn't matter of what I'm enjoying the time, feel myself perfect even not so lean like several weeks before. Respect!

I go to the gym as always but don't keep a clean diet, unfortunately, 1-2 days off per week for me it's enough to put some fat on.
