Just a quick shot after workout today. Weight is 223 as of this evening. Pants lose and belly fat dropping, seeing some separation and getting more vascular. Weight is all over the place though. Not sure why. Any advice appreciated! Thx!

as long as you are making progress towards your goals weight is a number that is really a non issue unless you have some sort of weight class to make. Not knowing anything about your cycle, diet, or training Id have to guess and say it is most likely water ....
Thx Grrl...that's what I was thinking, just need to be more consistent and make sure getting enough in everyday.
Man Mike I'm seeing striations on the chest, definition in the delts and much more vascularity in the arms!! Noticeable trimming of the midsection as well!! Keep this up sir cause its doing things for you. +1 for this and being a all round cool guy
Thanks big C! You know how it is trying to juggle work, family and gym. Can be tough at times, but we have to stay the course my man! Thx for the kind words and the motivation, goes a long way bro!
Anytime
Without knowing your exact cycle and diet it's hard to say why weight is jumping around. With water retaining bulkers it's not uncommon.
Very vascular arms, and good all around. Looks like your abs and obliques need a lil work. Best exercise to bring em out fast is a decline board all the way down and on the up movement touch knees, then all the way down twist left, then all the way down twist right. Keep repeating to fatigue.
The twisting hits the obliques and abs all in one motion! +1
Thx JM. Abs coming in slowly but surely. Think my water intake has alot to do with weight fluctuation. Some days are definitely more than others. Consistency is key! Will give the decline board a go, dont use it very often. Thanks again.
evoal2003I think your a lot bigger than the picture gives you credit for. Get a selfie stick or someone to take it. +1
Thx evo. I'll try to get a better one up, and u know how it is, never big enough!
