ad

After warm up sets, then doing up to 225 x 4 seated military press I did 5 more sets @135lbs x 20 reps each. Lemme tell ya, delts were huge pumped!
After those sets I did "Iron Marathon" on seated lateral raise machine set at 70 lbs: 20 reps, 10 seconds rest, 19 reps,10 seconds rest, etc., all the way down to one rep. Fucking exhausting!
These photos are 10 minutes afterward.

I'm not even kidding, Bro!
I eat healthy food, but I also eat pizza and ice cream. Often. You see, I'm a fucking stick man by nature. A 135 pounder who's added 40+ pounds of muscle by lifting either heavy, or super heavy, for decades--AND EATING LINE FUCKING CRAZY this last year. I need 5,500 calories per day to keep from reverting back to that skinny fuck with marathoner runner's build. Can you in mine eating 5 - 6,000 calories of "clean" food per day? That'd be a hay bail of kale and 38 chicken breasts!
So, I usually cap off my evening with a pint o' Ben & Jerry's.
Guys get envious of my ability to eat that way, but it's actually fucked. It costs too mych, it's time consuming, and I have Crohn's Disease so I'm crapping every couple hours for life! Too much information? Lol

Thanks, man!

You look fucking awesome bro. Thanks for posting this for whatever reason I needed to see this. Spent all day dealing with a beat up back today and was feeling old. +1 for the much needed motivation brother!

Hey that's awesome, man! If anything I post ever helps someone with motivation that's even temporarily lagging, that makes me stoked! That's really all I can
Point to when people ask what my "secret" is: The willingness to keep it up. It's the only thing we can control. And at times, I even wonder about that. I believe a certain amount of it is just there, given. Maybe by genetics or grace (if you will). But on many days, Every productive thing I do, starting with getting out of bed in the morning, requires a large element of force. I used to shoot around from one thing to the next like a fucking superball, and some days I still do. But these days it's all about disciine, born of desire. That's why I don't have a lot of concern for the same people who have been telling me for 25 years that they wanna start going to the gym.
I can help 'em to get started, but it's only the habit that THEY form for themselves that will KEEP them going (behavioral modification).
Either they'll do it, or not.
NEXT!

Thanks, dog. Mutual.
I love the line on
One of your back shots: You lift either heavy, or super heavy!
I think you're also the guy that does basic test cycles? That's what I've done. I only got into it a little over a year ago. I starting fuckin around with a bunch of different shit. Then, I backed off and am doing straight test.
