Would appear to be crashed. I have alot of primo (even 200mg/ml) but I have never seen or heard primo crashing. If it doesn't clear up after heating then you have to trash it. Is that your only vial that looks like that?

wrap it up in a heating pad and lets see what happens. Out of the dozens and dozens of vials of primo and hundred amps or so that I have, not one has ever crashed and it is damn cold where I am at.
