Any differents about the endurance? By using it pre-workout I can reduce recovery times between training sets. Before this i use the ZPHC cardarine 20mg/tab and also my lipid doesn't improved

Yes to both of you. I take it right when I wake up and go do fasted cardio. I forgot to take it last week (I load up all my pill boxes for the week on Sunday and somehow spaced on adding the cardarine) and I was on the elliptical wondering why the hell my HR was 10-15 bpm higher doing the same intensity as the week before, and I was having a harder time breathing. It absolutely makes a difference on my cardio.
And I take 10mg all year. 20mg+ is getting in the unknown cancer risk category based on the rat trials. Yes yes I know humans don’t equal rats but still better to err on the side of caution with something that has no real human clinical trial data.

Barely on HDL. My HDL genetics are trash. In the high 30s before hopping on gear. I see bigger shifts in my LDL/triglycerides than I do my HDL. Maybe 10% reduction. It’s nothing compared to a statin and ezetimibe though.
Damn... I have some landing today actually and was hopping it would help my HDL. HDL is the only thing out of whack currently
Dude I’ve tried everything to appreciably raise my HDL to no avail. Even spending $100 a month on high quality fish oil and taking 10+g of it a day. So I’ve shifted my attack strategy to be lowering LDL, triglycerides, and Apo(b) to as low as I can. I’ve driven my LDL down to 26 even while on cycle. Supposedly you can reverse soft plaque buildup at those kinds of levels. So I don’t concern myself on my HDL too much these days. Can’t fret about something I can’t change.
I have your same problem, also with a diet based on clean fat and fish oil the HDL is too slow, in the last bloodwork was 6! But i'm working only on my LDL to take it low to prevent problems. LDL is easy to go down, HDL never go up. Next phase i want to try slupp I read some say it's better than cardarine but i don't know

I thought the atf was already given its timeframe to respond and they didn’t. My state is also being gay about it. But I thought it covered it all: Sbr, sbs, and suppressors. Since none of them now have the $200 requirement therefore the atf can no longer require the registration/form 1/form 4 bullshit
Crazy times. Just hope they don’t reneg on it and then require all the purchases to be registered. They did that with a g36c I bought 100% legally and form 1’d into an Sbr. ATF came out and made a ruling saying all those g36 made by that shop were now machine guns and anyone who purchased one has to destroy it and show proof to the atf.
So I lost mine in a terrible boating accident…
The tax stamp went away Jan 1 but the ATF registration is still in tact. The lawsuit only affects certain “gun groups”.
So essentially, until the 60 day appeal is up, it still goes through the ATF confirmation. After the 60 days buying a suppressor is the same status as buying a firearm. Before, the ATF had a registration, this will go away. I didn’t want my shit on a ATF registration.
Some states FFLs are saying “fuck the govt” and selling the suppressors without that paperwork and sending it home with the buyer same day!!
Not only that, but lots of new suppressors are being made on High end 3-d printers, so the price has dropped dramatically
I know some states already went ahead. It was some suppressor lobby group that sent the letter I’m talking about. I also know that atf was still requiring registration even without the $200 but the point is that registration is tied to the tax. No tax = no registration per the laws that establish the stamp and registration but I thought this covered sbrs sbs and suppressors. Unfortunately I don’t need any more cans I already have 10 and every caliber I own is covered
