+ 5 Steppin' up
We often talk about the benefits of blood donation from the perspectuve of PED and AAS users. As we should. We use it for a number of reasons, BP, hemocratic regulation, etc. But its important to remind ourselves of the value that our donation is to the greater community. Particularly now, w/plasma being used to research covid vaccines, and the overall quarantine just keeping people home, donations are needed more than ever.
While many of us are off cycle, now is the perfect time to clean out the system a bit while also serving a greater good for our communities and possibly the entire population. And if donation isn't an option, there are plenty of other ways to help, volunteering, donating food/clothing/money. Alot of us have way too much time on our hands right now, so why not put it to use and do a bit of good. I know alot of our members are doing what they can. So this is an open challenge to anyone who has been considering an act of service- Get off your ass, be safe and STEP UP!

Definitely agree !!! +1
Couldn’t agree more bro +2
Really never a bad time to donate, my wife lost ALOT of blood while having our last child (c section 4th kid) and it was a good reminder how important it is to donate!
There's really nothing but good reasons to donate. Your wife's situation being one. And cleaning ourselves out a bit, it's just a win/win scenario. Hope all is well w/and your family my man.
Molinin302I preach this my brother. I donate to red Cross, they follow up and tell me where it went. Enjoy the health benefits, but enjoy more that you may have saved someone's life. Or the platelets were used to ease a child cancer fighters suffering. +1 man, no matter what other path you may choose, keep doing this.
Good on you my man. Service is important. It helps those we serve and it can be beneficial to us as well. Thanks for steppin' up.
