+ 20 Mr. Raise's test E 7 wks in

ad

Been Running 500mg per wk of Mr raise"s test E. Bloods were drawn at 7 wks in. Absolutely loving the ride.Pins smooth as butter w/zero pip. (Also running Balkan provi @ 50 ed split. Unfortunately, in my pre-work haste, I accidentally ordered the capped free test. The provi was from a promo last year via A Shop, so in order to do the right thing and see to it that Ariel and co. get the recognition they deserve, I'll be returning to get the free test numbers in the next few days).
I know my liver values are high, but I should point out that I was a serious drinker for several decades so this is no surprise. Also, been taking milk thistle and they've actually dropped. (were in the mid 90s last year).

Here's the skinny-
500mg wk Test E split sun.- thur. (raise)
.5mg Balkan adex every 2 days (doser)
50mg Balkan provi ed split (A shop)
2800mg fish oil ed
320mg saw palmetto ed
1000 mg b12 ed
400mg milk thistle ed
125mcg D3 ed

Thanks for posting. Great numbers for where you’re at. If liver enzymes are still elevated come next lab assays you may want to look into timing of your liver support dose and dietary intake of protein products containing probable levels of mercury or metals above safe consumption. At least for me, I found NAC and glutathione promoting supplements would decrease liver enzymes when I’d use without alcohol or hours BEFORE drinking; conversely, NAC taken after drinking made my lab numbers higher than just drinking without the supplements at all. Also, during cycles I tend to eat more fish and found liver enzymes become rapidly elevated, even without alcohol and with appropriately used liver supplements and dietary choices. Again, my two cents based on past, personal experiences troubleshooting these things. You seem on top of yourself and aware, so keep it up and be well!

Kidneys look great, creatinine is in range. Then liver persistently heals itself, and I've seen time and time again numbers return to base line after cycle or during recovery. All ur numbers look great. Name of the game is to stay healthy all the way through. Something I dont always tKe into careful consideration. Thanks for posting

Thanks man. I'm feeling pretty good about my numbers, sans my liver values, which are shit but slowly improving.

Nice test numbers.

Tough to stomach, kidneys look good though. Im constantly watching people's numbers man.
Yes hydration is number one. Dehydration can flip things over for the worst within 24 hours. The liver does regenerate but why tax it for too long. Got to give things a break from time to time

ECinfidel's picture

Absolutely. Read above- I was a heavy drinker for years. My liver has some miles on it, but its actually improving.

HGH for healing the liver is underrated IMO
I had Hep C for over 20 years and 15 years ago a biopsy showed that my liver wasn't in good shape. Between stage 2-3 (level 4 being cirrhosis) according to the Doc.
5 years ago I started taking hgh. 3 years ago I had my Hep C cured with Harvoni.
The strange thing is that before I started the Harvoni treatment I had a fibro scan to gauge the damage to my liver and the Doctor told me that my liver didn't seem to be damaged so he ended up using the results from my biopsy from 12 years prior to get insurance to pay for the very expensive treatment.
Just my experience.
Here's a small study I found with a quick Google search.: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03420144

Interesting. I came off hgh last November but am planning to jump back on towards the end of this cycle and ride it into the next one planned for the fall. I plan to monitor my liver values throughout.

ECinfidel's picture

I have to assume they have. While the liver does heal over time, I was in the mid 90s on both values the latter half of last year. So that's a decent drop. Another member posted some impressive numbers recently after running the milk thistle as well. Idk man. Ive always been sceptical of herbal stuff. Theres so much info going in both directions. But I'll keep taking it as long as my numbers continue to improve.
