The first times i ever had to take my shots of AAS, i was straight up terrified, i would shake and sweat so bad it almost made it impossible. Its one of those things that happened probably fifty times until finally it became not a big deal. This is a step-by-step GUIDE to newbs on how i do my thigh injections. This also goes out to the people who arnt RIPPED and have a hard time knowing where to do their injections cause they don't have bulging muscles. some people do there thigh injections a little differently which is FINE, what ever works for you works. I really hope these pictures and steps can help at least one new person out! i know i needed all the help i could get in the beginning .

Picture 1- Expose your thigh and have a pen ready to do step steps.
Picture 2- Draw a line directly down the middle of your thigh going from the top of your leg, down to about your knee.
Picture 3- If your injecting into your right thigh like i am in the pictures, take your left hand and lay it flat on the way top of your leg with your thumb towards your stomach and your pinky towards the ground, make a horizontal line where your pinky is.
Picture 4- Repeat step 3 once more. Put your thumb where your last horizontal line was drawn and draw one more line so your have equally divided your thigh into 3 sections
Picture 5- You now have 3 sections
Picture 6- Your going to be doing the injection in your MIDDLE sections
Picture 7- now what I like to do, is from the first middle line we drew, take about two inches from the middle and draw another line, that is the NO GO spot, you DONT want to inject directly on the top of your thigh, remember, OUTER middle third
Picture 8- Now its time to find where you want to inject, anywhere below the NO GO spot will be ok, but remember NOT do go all the way to the side and totally miss your muscle. I like to flex and find a good spot to inject and circle it with a pen.
Picture 9- Now that you've marked where your going to inject, get all your gear ready. Make sure you have a alcohol pad to clean where your going to inject, your gear, needles (2 if you want to draw with one and shoot with another) and a clean piece of gauze to put on your leg after injection. Draw up what ever gear your using in your needle, for this injection I'm using a 23gauge, 1 inch needle with 2cc's of gear. I like to inject almost the whole needle in.
Picture 10- Your now completely ready for your shot. I like to sit in a chair for my thigh injections, but some people like to lay down. What ever works for you and your most comfortable and relaxed in, DO THAT. Clean where your going to inject with your alcohol pad. When your ready , take your needle and poke it into your skin, i like to go slowly and feel it "pinch" into my muscle. I take about a minute and a half to inject since TNE/PROP can be painful.
Not Pictured- Make sure to aspirate
Picture 11- Once you've aspirated, and SLOWLY injected your gear, take your needle out of your leg.
Picture 12- Quickly cover where you just injection with clean gauze or paper to keep it clean

Thats MY personal guide to your thigh injections. People do it differently but this is MY way...
