New guy here. Just looking to learn and keep pushing forward. But here is my starting point as of now. Current weight is 190 and I'm looking for a solid 220 by the end.

With absolutely All the respect , 190 at 5’9 and you look like this is nuts . I’m 5’9 @ 230 now and compete under 198... dry, depleted with no water and don’t look anything like that ... sad day for me .. how’s your legs ?

I wish. It's difficult for me to break plateaus given my job and trying to get my meals in. Food is my biggest downfall right now. I SHOULD weigh more I agree with you.

My man. I hate to upset you, but this shouldn't upset you. Your big ass does not weigh 190. I'm 190 and lean and mean. 5'8 with a short dick. Take a picture on the scale with some sort of proof and I'll be your best friend if true.

When you do just have some proof or calibration with your name or date or just something to prove it. BC I call it's fishing season again round here. I give you props for not being a bragger. 190 psssh
It could be true quality muscle weighs less dont think hes lying, ive seen guys weighing 170 looking like 230+
Very nice bro, dont go 220... you'll lose aesthetics, in the winter i was 210 looked huge but for my height isnt aesthetic no more, we're about the same height
Muscle maturety and quality is way more important than "weight"
jayiskit can be tricky if you get caught up in reaching for higher number on the scale. best way is to go by how you look and feel.

What’s your plan? I did my first test only cycle February, followed a pct protocol from some advanced users here at eroids and have been off cycle for two month already, feel great and have kept on 10 pounds( diet also improved a lot too so some could be from that)

I cant tell if your being genuine or not but thanks bud for the compliment. I dont need a promo or sale. Not saying I would ever be above it, but I prepared for this run months back so I'm good. And I'm one week in on my cycle currently. So nothing's kicked in yet.
