+ 4 Start of 5x5 6 week program

Ok here are some pics of the start of my 5x5 routine for 6 weeks. Trying to eat clean but still not to strict on my diet. Wouldn't mind loosing some body fat, but the main goal is to get stronger.
I'm at 6'0 290lbs 35-40% bf.
Diet as is
7:00 am Protein shake , 1 banana, and a cup of granola w/ almond milk
9:00 am 4 eggs hardboiled , cheese stick , cashews
12:00 lunch chicken, broccoli, 2 cups cooked rice, also fruit salad
2:00 pm avocado and tuna
4:00 pm cheat snack maybe a ppj
6:00 1 scoop protein pre workout
8ish 1 scoop protein and 1 serving gummie bears
9:30 pm salmon, 1 cup cooked rice and broccoli
Also not in the prep food pic is a daily avocado mixed with a can of tuna for a snack During the day.
All natural no cycle just supplements

Thanks guys yea I heard the pineapple is good for helping inflammation in the joints. Yea hopefully I can shake some of this fat into muscle.

Good choice with the pineapple. Should help with digestion a lot. Training for strength is a great idea. It's easily trackable and a lot of fun. So good luck and have fun.
