Happy day all nice and ripped competing against some of the best girls in the world!.. slightly (a lot) bigger than that now lol 25lbs heavier to be honest but its not rubbish so i am not worried, still only around 12% BF which is a good place to be on a winter bulk session.

After 8 comps more or less back 2 back i need a break from the high androgen compounds and the life sapping killer diets, finally my hair is healthy again after the beating it took from multi-compound use and constant estrogen crashing for drying out purposes before the shows.

With the experience gained with ultra advanced nutrition my next comp prep is going to be with minimum androgen use and i will be relying my old favourites primobolan depot and anavar! then if needed only wheel out the heavy androgens for maybe the last few weeks to make recovery a lot swifter, it all looks good on paper but we must put the theory into full practice to seek some results but always have the option of a fine tune near the close.
