Remember to NEVER squat in shoes with compressionable soles, like running shoes. Get some chucks, Jordan's, or actual lifting shoes. Not sure what you got on, but just a tip.
Kick your knees out(push to lateral sides of body)when descending, it activates your glutes more plus helps ya hit the hole and pop out of it quicker.
