+ 2 Spring Recomp- starting point

After a long winter and eating really bad and slacking off on training between work and personal stuff now have diet in check and back in gym consistantly. Sitting at 222lbs and my guess is around 18% BF. Just did first pin saturday, 10 weeks of 500mg sust p/wk and tbol first 6 wks 60mg ED. Will update as I go. Nice simple cycle. Of course standard nolva 40/40/20/20 PCT, also azole .50 EOD throughout cycle.

would say you are sitting at atleast 25%bf brotha...and why tbol? are you trying to cut? i hope so? i woulda recommended something aside from tbol. you say you have your diet in check? lets see it? and implementing cardio would be very beneficial. not trying to be rude, just sometimes negative criticism is needed to really get on the right path

I appreciate any feedback. Yes, of course trying to cut. And I am hitting cardio. Just started "dieting" week and a half ago. I chose tbol because everything I read on here and elsewhere said it created good steady strength gains without aromatizing.
Diet -
7am - oatmeal - cal - 320 protein - 4g carbs - 32g
9am - protein shake - cal - 340 - protein - 60g carbs - 14g
11am - chicken breast - cal 110 protein - 23 - carbs-0
1pm - 3 pcs tilapia - cal-330 protein-69g carbs - 0
3pm - protein shake - cal-340 protein-60g carbs- 14g
6pm - chicken/beef/fish -average -cal 150 protein-25g carbs-0
also 1 cup steamed veggies or salad with lettuce,tomato,cukes
Post workout - protein shake- cal-340 protein-60 carbs -14g

Avg 2000 calories, carbs 75g, protein - 300g
Also drinking 1 gallon+ water per day

Thoughts?

i feel like everything you put looks great man! and you were right it seems like you have your diet down, just track your fats as well...need fat to lose fat or else you will hold it. try getting 50g. and man if you do that and bust your ass in the gym and try and do some HIIT cardio 3-4x a week, make the scale your friend dont eat late and try and get to 200 but listen to your body, you will be really happy with your results! i wish you the best and go all out man you will do great

Thanks bro. Yes, I used every resource I could on here. I know how to eat right, and I know how to workout, honestly I just never have really put it all together. Mostly because of EXCUSES and laziness in the kitchen. On the cardio, I have started running intervals on the treadmill. That sparks my metabolism like nothing else. Gotta tell you, tonight was leg night and I usually don't do cardio on leg day but I forced myself to get at least 20 minutes with some intensity. Tired of being a fat f&%k!!!!
