Your all set brother. Only way you'll know for sure is running bloods but make sure you get your baseline number. I've wasted 1000s on GH, there was a cold spell around the years 2012 2013. Started running Genos and Nords but for some reason I was experiencing a lot of bloat despite high potassium. Everyone react differently but I truly enjoy these. They are just better than generics even though the generics I posted were decent. It's all a roll of the dice my bro
