Yes its probably crashed a little
To bring it back take a pin put it in the top of the vial heat water on the stove in a pot not boiling just hot put the vial in the water and let it heat up and swirl the vial and the crystals should go away but if its cloudy don't use it and let the src know about the issue.
Your oil should be clear contact the src to resolve the issue if its still cloudy once you have brought it back from being crashed
