I started 4 years ago, more or less diligently - but two years ago it attacked me like a tornado when I was in a peacekeeping mission in lebanon. I train doggedly and I'm happy about every gram more on the scale. My starting weight was 70 kg which I could raise to currently 86 kg (off 94 kg). My goals are now only the focus on aestetic, more strength and a body weight of 100 Kg with a maximum of 10% bf. Before I have achieved these goals, I am not thinking of participating in any competitions.
That's a lot of hard work right there
Diet and training are key, the gear is only secondary. Once you dial in your diet and training well, this is when the magic happens
