Been pushing through a shoulder injury all summer.
Still ended up finishing my cycle. Going to take it somewhat easy the next couple months, go back maintenance, lighten up the load, let the body recover.
Recovery and rest is such an important factor. Going balls to the walls over long periods of time can do more damage and take a toll, I've learned...

Since your last self-pic, I can say that you did very well. I wish you Deadpool's recovery. lol
Good build bud +
U did evrything right, rest is very important and soemtimes u can do more harm than good.
Great work bro, keep crushing it+
Thank you everyone for the kind words. I appreciate it very much!!! It means a lot!
Let's all keep striving and pushing ourselves to reach that goal.
nice
Look pealed bro. Great job
Looking lean and polished! +1
Looking solid bro +1
Lean and mean. Love the upper chest development with the full mid/lower chest thickness. The cutter mix was only as good as the volume of work you obviously put in. Hats off to you, Man.
I hear ya! Cruise starts Sept 1. Already switched to EOD strength focused workouts. Volume is reduced, too. Gotta throttle-back for a bit because was starting to feel a little burnt out. Just finishing up a long 720EQ/420test cutter.
You look great brother im not sure how slow your progress has been but it doesn't matter you got this +1
If your avi is your before pic that's some nice progress.
Ha. Thats funny!!
