What?!?!?!?!? This is a pic of a 66 year-old? Holy shot you look UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!!! -- -- --. Give us some of your knowledge. What have you been taking and how long have you been on and how much of what? You are doing it right my friend!!! BRAVO--
Thanks brother. Not doing anything especially except T at modest doses (200-300 a week for the last 20 years hasn’t hurt) and working out a couple hours 4-5 days a week. Jump on GH every couple years for 4-5 months when I can afford it. I have a high metabolism so I’m lucky not having to worry about weight. That’s about it. No secrets. Again thanks for the good words.
you old bastard making all these kids prowling around with their phones on jealous with that physique, lol. Keep up the good work man, you look awesome!
Lmao never thought I'd be mentioned in the same sentence as the infamous Rusty Hooker. He's around here somewhere...But hey man continue to be a role model and yes nothing but respect to bodybuilders. Thanks my man.
Song reminds me of Dee and Rusty lol
"If you be the cash
I'll be the rubber band
You be the match
I will be a fuse, boom
Painter, baby, you could be the muse
I'm the reporter, baby, you could be the news
'Cause you're the cigarette and I'm the smoker
We raise a bet 'cause you're the joker
Checked off, you are the chalk
And I can be the blackboard"
I like that. More like an Apex predator looking for it's prey. Can run but ya can't hide. No sir no way! The laws of the jungle, eat or be eaten! I've been chewing on ole Hooker piece by piece! High protein lol
Lol, absolutely! I’m definitely on a mission. Hitting 50 years old is a game changer. It’s basically a fight against getting old. If you were to take a look at any of our close friends, you would not believe we are even close in age. Some of them are younger than us, but look much older. It’s like people get to a certain age and just stop caring. Then they get all kind of issues and need medication and surgery just to stay alive. I prefer to bust my ass in the gym, and use gear to keep myself at the best I can possibly be. Especially HGH. I just had two more kits land today. It’s all about preventive maintenance these days.
Preventive maintenance! Well said. Yeah, I see a lot of guys just quit caring how they look, and how they look to doctors for meds to help their poor health. We can’t stop the Grim Reaper but we can screw up and slow down his early game plan.
I wish I could give more than one thumbs up, you’re a huge inspiration to us guys in the late 40’s club to keep pushing. Thank you for what you do bro.
If I can be an inspiration for lifting for the late 40’s club, that’s great. No reason why we can’t and shouldn’t keep at it (barring injuries, which I have to watch out for more now, because the recovery time ain’t what it used to be). Thanks brother!
What decision did you make in the end then bud - I know you were thinking of knocking the weight down and increasing the reps as you were getting worried about injuries?
Respect that is goal sr keep doing that great job
Thanks brother. You look incredible in your profile picture!

That is awesome. I know how hard it is to stay in shape the older we get which is something these younger folks really can't fully appreciate.
Thanks, man. Just checked your pictures and you look absolutely great. Thanks for the compliment!
Hey keep being the LEGEND that you are. Lol ya gotta live up to that status cause we look up to you man. I'm sure you won't let us down lol.
The pressure is on. As always you’re in my corner, and you know how much I appreciate it!
Lol yep pressure is on
you old bastard making all these kids prowling around with their phones on jealous with that physique, lol. Keep up the good work man, you look awesome!
Thanks brother. You made me laugh. And of course I’ll take that compliment.
Turning 59 this year and I'll get there! Appreciate the encouragement brother.
Glad to hear you’re on track and appreciate your good word’s brother. We older guys need each other’s back. Thanks.
One word.....LEGEND!
Hey DeeMan, good to hear from you. Like Rustyhooker, you always have something good to say about us bodybuilders. Thanks, mate!

That’s actually pretty good. I like it.

Ha yeah he loves to pick a fight with me and... I usually give him what he wants cause I'm a nice guy.
Decent 66 is no joke I thought I was old looking GREAT
I’m sure you are looking great, brother. Thanks. We need to stick together.
Damn!! I hope I look like that at 66. Uh, I wish I looked that good now at 52, LOL. I’m almost there.
@JakeKO you trying to approach that legendary status too huh at 52? Lol it's an elite membership

See what you just saId is very important..PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. Not sure why folks let go of themselves. Lol not this guy!
Agreed. Not sure why people just let themselves go, either, maybe it’s just too much work. I can’t believe how many generous comments I’ve received!
Buddy everyone loves ya on here - you should become more active in the forums
You’re right. You guys are great. I’ve never gotten such support. Thanks brother.
Gave me a 15 year goal to hit brother
Thanks brother. You made me laugh this morning! Appreciate your words.
You’re looking solid in your profile picture at 52. Good for you, brother. And thanks.
Thanks, Bro! God knows I’m trying
Not bad for almost 70, thats my goal. Some people who dont work out ask me why i still hit the weights at almost 50. Right thurr is why! +1
Yep that's the goal for all of us man. The guy looks better than some 25 year old guys.
Thanks DeeMan!
Yessir!
Yeah, you’re right. Definitely want to keep lifting (until we can’t). It’s hard work as you know but I enjoy it and it pays off.
I wish I could give more than one thumbs up, you’re a huge inspiration to us guys in the late 40’s club to keep pushing. Thank you for what you do bro.

Damn brother, I wish I looked like that when iam 66 looking damn great!! ++++
Thanks brother. I really appreciate the terrific compliment.
DaPumpYeah it's a short trip my friend....wise words, congrats for still kicking ass at 66 !
Thanks brother. No lifting, no life. I’ll be doing this until I can’t!
Exactly buddy, that's just the way I see it too. When I can no longer lift I'd rather not be alive as I can't imagine life without training now.
Me, either. It’s good for my head, too, to get out of it, a reprieve from life’s b.s. I’m betting you feel the same.
Still Kickin Ass there buddy!! I was wondering only a few days ago how you were getting on
Good to hear from you. With guys like you on this forum I should drop in more often. Always appreciate your generous words.
