Sure just one exercise, can't do it with shoes on because it will affect the range of motion

It's a bit awkward, I'll use the squat rack, place two kettlebells on the ground about five inches back from where the bar rests. This help keep the feet from sliding

I'll put the bar on my upper back and not the neck, by this time you're pitched forward and that's where the kettlebells come in on the ground to help stability. Keep the elbows tucked in tightly and aligned with the torso to really tighten up the upper body. If you lean into the rack this really helps fight the challenge of balance which allows you to really load up on the weight. Raise your heels as high as possible and hold that stretch for ten seconds. At this point it's time to put the power into the toes and really push up. As you're driving up think about continuously driving the bar into the rack. When you're at the top and your ankles are fully extended, squeeze hard.

Once you have the proper form down, you can graduate from the flat surface to using a plate to stand on with half of your feet. The key here is range of motion in your ankle and using your toes for that last ooomph. That's why I won't wear sneaks while doing it.

You will be very sore and walk funny after the first few sessions. This muscle group requires form and range of motion as the key elements. Not so much heavy ass weight, then you just watch them grow!

Yes once per week, 135lb at 12 reps. Sets of 3. Super simple and effective. Definitely start with no weight on the bar to get the form down proper. You will notice your toes become stronger pretty quickly, as mentioned below, as mentioned below very high calf insertions is the golden ticket. Also any type of footwear can really put a damper on things.

Oops I should correct this, my last rap I hold on the ball of the foot ten seconds then toe up for the squeeze. All the other reps beforehand I only do a couple second hold on the ballbof foot then rocket upwards and a quick squeeze. Took about a year to work up to that weight

Hey thanks quite the opposite, for a hard gainer I have found the addition of bone broth to be the best source of protein for my body. I'm not sure why but. I just keep the cart in the fridge and I pour two servings 28g protein then cut it with water and add some ice cubes. Slurrp

Try IGF-1 I get the sickest pumps when I inject my calves. I wanted to try gear in them but haven't yet.

I finally tried injections in the biceps and triceps, I did a cc of winstrol and cc of test suspension bi lateral and I liked it, I tried oil too EQ and test and liked it as well. 23g 1 inch. I might do a calves injection with gear

Hey yup 2iu each calf split pre and post. So 1iu, lower calf then 1iu upper. Oh yes the para is extremely high quality. Better than any pre-mixed I've used and definitely comparable to Pharma. Not sure how they pulled that one off but if I ever win the lottery of buying a lifetime supply lol
