Always seemed like my shoulders were my lagging parts. Started working them 3x week a while ago and they are finally getting fuller and rounder. Pretty fucking happy with how lean I'm staying considering I've upped all of my macros considerably. Thanks to the help of Panda's GH.

I actually decided against it. I'm running andropen, deca, drop and hgh for this cycle.
What was it about the trest that changed your mind. I actually didn't know much about it until I saw you post about it and started to read up on it.
Sounds like it can have some crazy sides and be hard to find a solid src.
The strong estrogen sides are what did it for me. I'm very estrogen sensitive, so I'd rather not play with fire, ya know?

I think shoulders like a little more frequency. 2-3 times a week. I go as high as 30-50 reps for my sets on lateral raises.

Thats where I'm at, 3 times a week. Damn, i might need to try the high volume sets like that to see if it will help even more.
